Test Construction Kit is a test creation
tool for the teacher. It can be used to create multiple choice,
matching, cloze, and true/false tests for classroom use.
This
product was inspired by my wife, who is a teacher and was frustrated
with the difficulties of creating tests using a word processor.
Here are her words in describing the product:
It's
made my life so much easier in creating tests and worksheets.
The thing I like best is the cloze sentence study guide where
I can write a sentence, double click on the word I want the children
to fill in on the worksheet, and it automatically sets spaces
for the number of letters in that word. Then I can fill in as
much or as little of the word as I want, as clues, to help the
children fill in the correct word. I do this after I pull the
completed study guide out of the computer. Sometimes I put in
all the consonants of the word; sometimes just the first and last
letter. But it's great! I don't have to count the letters in the
word, and make it myself! He also has a multiple choice, matching,
cloze sentence, and true/false test in the kit.
